Sunday, February 9th, from 12–4 PM. We will be accepting walk-ins until 5:30 PM.
Note: Guests who sign up and purchase a ticket will have their items ready the same day. Walk-in orders will be available for pickup the following week on Thursday, February 13th at 12pm.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled reservation to review the menu and begin filling out your order form. Your custom embroidery order will be ready within 3 hours or earlier, you’ll receive a text notification once it’s ready for pickup.
If you have more than two embroidery requests, we recommend reserving two time slots and arriving at the earlier one to ensure ample time for each piece.
The $15 reservation fee will be applied toward your total purchase. While tickets are non-refundable, if you need to cancel, we’ll provide a $15 credit for a future pop-up or our online shop launching in March.
