Return Policy

We accept returns of unused items with original tags. Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at info@nicoplaza.com with your order number to begin the return process.

Refund Policy

To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them and with original packaging and tags.

You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return. It will then be carefully inspected and upon approval you will be issued a refund through original method of payment or store credit, minus shipping costs.

*Please allow 5 – 10 business days for your account to be credited.

Nico Plaza reserves the right to deny any credits if the merchandise does not meet our requirements. If we are notified that your purchase has been flagged as a risk of fraudulent activity a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Nico Plaza cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit.

Sale Items 

All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Vintage & Reworked Items

Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at info@nicoplaza.com to begin the return process.

* Please note that natural signs of wear are normal for all vintage and reworked items.
*Feel free to ask any questions you may have about an item. We are happy to send you additional photos or videos if needed.
