EMBROIDERY

At Nico Plaza, we offer custom embroidery to add a personal touch to your cherished pieces. Our embroidery services are only available at pop-ups. Below, you'll find important details about our embroidery process, including what items we can and cannot embroider.

Items We Can Embroider:

• Cotton and linen garments (shirts, blouses, dresses, pants, skirts)
• Denim (jackets, jeans, skirts)
• Wool items (coats, blazers)
• Canvas and sturdy woven fabrics (tote bags, aprons, napkins, handkerchiefs)
• Silk scarves and delicate fabrics (case-by-case basis; please inquire)

Items We Cannot Embroider:

• Stretchy or highly elastic fabrics (spandex, activewear, certain knits)
• Leather and faux leather
• Pre-quilted or heavily padded items
• Sheer fabrics (chiffon, tulle)
• Pre-existing embroidered areas
• Items with seams too thick for our machines to stitch through
• Socks or small areas/pockets
• Baseball caps

Embroidery Process & Expectations:

• Turnaround Time: At certain pop-ups, we will offer timeslots, while at others we will not. Timeslots guarantee your item will be ready the same day. Otherwise, depending on the number of orders, we will offer next-day pickup (or pickup when the shop/studio is open).

• Placement & Sizing: We offer embroidery in designated areas of the garment to ensure the best stitching quality. If you have specific placement requests, let us know!

• Customization: At every pop-up, we offer a custom embroidery menu where you can choose from a selection of icons, colors, and fonts to personalize your piece. We do not offer large-scale embroidery or custom artwork at this time.

• Care Instructions: Wash embroidered items in cold water to maintain thread integrity.
