Orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday).
Nico Plaza ships items as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 1-2 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead-time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about the lead-time of a specific item, please contact us at info@nicoplaza.com with your questions.
Once an item has been shipped, Nico Plaza is not responsible if the item is lost or damaged in transit.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information and a confirmation of shipment.
